These third parties have agreed to our terms and only use any personal information we share with them solely for the purpose of providing the contracted service to us.
If you give us consent, we will use your name and email address for our e-marketing via our digital newsletter. We will never spam you and always endeavour to send you interesting email newsletters. We will also occasionally send you more tailored marketing depending on your interests based on your enquiry, previous quotes, previous trips and conversations with the Grevys Safaris team.
If you give us consent, we will use your name and address to send you our brochure. On all of our website forms you will be given the opportunity to opt-in to receiving this marketing information from Grevys Safaris. If you change your mind, you can opt-out of our marketing at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any of our email communications or by emailing us at info@grevyssafaris.com. We use a minimal number of cookies on our website. Cookies are harmless when used responsibly.
We also use Google Analytics to review our website and find out such things as how many visitors we’ve had to a particular page. Grevys Safaris and Google do not attempt to identify anyone from this data.
We post testimonials to our social media periodically. We will ensure there is no way of identifying you from the data we publish on testimonials on our social media. The data included on our testimonials may include first name, surname initial and a quote from your feedback.
We keep your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The time period for which we keep data depends on the data type but most of our data is retained for three years. Legally, some financial information must be kept on our files for six years. Data is not kept on our systems for longer than is needed and is periodically reviewed and removed.
We make every effort to ensure your data is stored and processed securely.
